Dr. Millar and his wife grew up in California but got to Texas as soon as they could. They moved to the area in 2005. He graduated in 2007 from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science. He then attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he graduated in 2011 with his DDS degree. After working as an associate for a few years, he purchased this practice in July of 2014.

He enjoys helping each patient feel comfortable and informed during their appointment, so they can enjoy superior oral health and a beautiful smile. He is honored to have the trust of his patients as he helps guide them in their dental health decisions. Dr. Millar takes pride in being honest with patients regarding their dental health, treatment options, and the likely success of those options.

Dr. Millar takes more than the required amount of continuing education each year. We offer state-of-the-art dental care, including Cone Beam radiography, intraoral scanning, and guided implant surgery. Dr. Millar attends courses on a wide range of dental topics that help him handle even the most comprehensive cases. Dr. Millar even offers IV or oral sedation options for those who experience anxiety about some or all dental treatments.

Dr. Millar has been married for over 20 years to his wife, Heather. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes four daughters and two sons. When he’s not at the office, you may find Dr. Millar fly-fishing, fly-tying, camping, or making BBQ with his smoker! Dr. Millar and his family have acreage north of Weatherford with lots of animals where they farm. His children show Beefmaster cattle with the FFA. He has had 2 daughters that were Blue Belles for WHS. Dr. Millar enjoys performing upkeep and maintenance on his home and vehicles. Dr. Millar is an Eagle Scout and lived in Canada for two years as a volunteer church missionary.
